I came down with the flu. Mind you, I am one of those rare creatures that does take a flu shot every year, amd I do wonder why I am already sick, in pain and tired at only the beginning of November…
Main thing is that I am so tired that I am not doing my exercises, which means there won’t be much calories being burned these days. And luckily my throat is not in pain, which leaves me with a big appetite!
