What mountains have in common with weight loss
Did you know that Colorado is one of the healthiest states in the US? Also one of the states with a very low obesity rate?
On top if that: Colorado has mountains which means lots of outdoor recreation like: mountain biking, hiking, white-water rafting, skiing, climbing…
We do mean mountain climbing, not the number of obese people that is climbing
But the picture is clear: make sure you have a lot of healthy exercise and it should be easier to get your weight loss under control. To start with: your fat body will complain and tell you to stop eating so much when you want to do exercise.
On the other had: your obese body will tell you: eh, sit back and relax…
So it’s all a vicious circle that you need to climb out of. Like climbing a mountain: this requires some effort from you!
