How do you keep on following a diet when you don’t see the pounds vanishing? That’s when you have to set weight loss motivators. Yes, you heard that right, motivators is plural, because you need to reward yourself on as many levels possible.
First thing you need to do is not putting the bar too high. I mean: if you want to become the world’s best high jumper, then you are in for a long wait before you will be able to reward you.
That’s why you need to break down your goals and reward yourself each time you accomplished a goal.
My overall dream is to loose 10 pounds, but since my weight doesn’t move a pound, I reward myself with everything that will help me living a more healthy life. Doing all the exercise lately didn’t get me any lighter, but for sure it will help me on the road of better health, so that’s where I keep my motivation going!
