What I learn from watching Oprah…
First and foremost: watching TV doesn’t make you loose weight…
I was watching Oprah yesterday and I keep on thinking: gosh: that’s also not the person to get weight loss motivation from.
I mean I have seen her more slim than she is now and she has a rigorous fitness plan she says. Well, having a personal trainer that says: if you don’t follow what I say, you are out… that must have an effect.
Quite cute to hear Oprah saying that she still doesn’t like to exercise
But having said so: wouldn’t it be nice to do exercise that we really love in order to burn of the food that we take in?
On the other hand I said stop to french fries -fish and chips as we call it-, which is my favorite and when I see a French fries shop on the street, I do everything to not park my car and get one. So from this month onwards: no more french fries! Thank you for nothing Oprah
