No more flu!
Which means that I will be on the treadmill again this evening!
Not ready to go outside and do a workout: it would be stupid to start sweating in the cold and rainy weather. So for the time being I am back to exercising indoors. Or so I should…
Being a couch potato, I was not only watching Oprah yesterday, but also a show of Dr Drew. Now having a blog where I do write for money from time to time, I could not help but notice how Dr Drew was nicely promoting "special light" meals for people on a diet. No real product name was used (not like in The Oprah show where the sponsors get a personal thank you with their brand name included), but the amount of times Dr Drew had to insist these "special light" meals are oh so delicious and that his daughter just loves it… It’s like swearing on your child and than well kind of lying… something you would see on reality shows like Survivor.
Kind of makes me wonder about all those other doctors trying to tell you to go back to basics eating organic food as our ancestors have been doing… Yes, I am hinting to the so called Zone diet.
