I love my treadmill
Gosh, well, kind of
It’s more like a love and hate relationship. Doing exercise does make me feel better afterwards, not to mention that I sleep much better as well.
On the other hand: It still takes a lot of effort to get on my treadmill in the first place. It’s quite boring to look at the wall for at least half an hour…
Yet once the exercising is done, it’s just a great feeling to be able to do your workout whenever you feel like it.
Which theses days is quite late in the evening where I would never imagine after work and dinner to go for a brisk-walk outdoors in the dark night.
So not only for weight loss, but also safety-wise: a treadmill is really wise advice
