How to make your own diet hamburger

One of the easiest ways to gain more weight is eating fast food. Now if you love hamburgers like I do, then there is a way to gain less weight when you make your own Hamburgers!

How to make your own delicious diet hamburger

First and foremost : if you cook yourself you could end up eating much less then when you easily grab it from the fast food store!

Now for the recipe of my delicious diet hamburger:

  • get chopped beef meat from the shop and ask the butcher how YOU can make a good hamburger out of it
  • use a non stick pan
  • in stead of mayonnaise, use a thick yogurt with garlic crushed in it
  • use fresh veggies like the ripest tomatoes ever and crunchy salad (like Lola Rossa)
  • use a delicious fresh bun from your daily fresh bakery

There you go: my delicious diet hamburger:

  • much more delicious than the ones you buy in the fast food store and
  • much less fat and
  • you know what’s inside!!!! (because you can rest assure the hamburger in some fast food brands are based on fat and God know’s what parts of the animal…)

Which makes my diet hamburger ideal if you are in a kind of weight loss program like I am :-)
