<p>And straight after dear Dr Oz Oprah throws in Bob Greene&#8217;s food label, mostly used by&#8230;.. name a big company&#8230;. yes Unilever!</p>
<p>Euhm, didn&#8217;t Dr. Oz say that we need to eat fresh food in stead of Unilever cans?</p>
<p>So I thought: let me ask Dr. Oz at the Oprah website: </p>

<p>On top of that you are supposed to eat slowly and savor every morsel of food while chewing on it rather than chomping on it I guess! </p>
<p>It sounded logical and not too difficult so that is one “tip” that I will definitely try as well amongst all the other weight losing measures that I am adopting at the moment.. </p>
<p>The only thing is that I need to remember is that it will defeat the whole purpose of eating less if I keep filling up my smaller-than-usual plate for second and third round helpings!</p>

<p>How do you know? If you don&#8217;t have a clue about yourself&#8230;(if you don&#8217;t know what motivates you that is&#8230;) then you need to try each diet them 1 by 1. Once you see a diet brings you the &quot;promised&#8217; results and you feel good with it, you stick to it. Otherwise you need to:</p>
<ul>
<li>find out why this diet is not good for you</li>
<li>look for other diets that don&#8217;t have this &quot;negative factor&quot; you just discovered above.</li>
