Brisk walking
My attempts to lose weight have so far met with some success but trying to keep it off is another matter I have realized.
I have tried weight loss pills, just bought myself a treadmill and now I am into brisk walking with my best friend.
As I usually work long hours, it is difficult or rather almost impossible to schedule a visit to the gym so now I think if I increase the distance I walk everyday that would help. And sharing the experience with a friend is always a good motivator.
So during lunch time, I will put on my walking shoes and walk briskly around the shopping mall that is adjoining my office. I just started today so am not sure if that is going to have a significant impact on my quest to lose some weight so stay tuned…
